Sadly, Clermont county has lost another young soldier, Army Spc. Greg Missman. Missman died from shrapnel injuries caused by an IED. He was traveling with his convoy in Afghanistan. He had recently re-enlisted in the Army and was deployed to Afghanistan on June 5, 2009.

The Yellow Ribbon Support Center is calling for volunteers to help prepare a hero’s welcome home for Greg. Please call the center at 513-752-4310 or drop by the center in Eastgate if you can donate some of your time. Yellow ribbons are available if you would like to show your support.

We will post arrangements when they are made available here, at the Yellow Ribbon Support Center site and at the Yellow Ribbon Support Center page on FaceBook.

Please remember Army Spc. Greg Missman and his family in your thoughts and prayers.
